Objective
Focalpoint is a powerful call analytics and call management platform, but its original landing page did not clearly communicate its value.
Key challenges included:
Unclear product positioning above the fold.
Feature-heavy content with little user context.
Weak visual hierarchy that diluted key CTAs.
Lack of trust signals for first-time visitors.
As a result, users struggled to quickly understand what Focalpoint does, who it’s for, and why it matters.
